COLLEGE STATION / 14 FEB 2002 Texas A&M announced that a kitten called cc had been cloned. She was born on 22 December 2001 to a surrogate called Allie. The announcement waited for DNA analysis. The donor cat was called Rainbow. Two names. One genetic copy.
